baby born in qatar

If any women was pregnent in her native place ,but when she came to qatar she deliverd here.
baby need a passport of thier native place or baby should hold a Qatar passport,and what if baby will go with mother in vacassion ?
will require any documents?

If a baby is born in Qatar, HMC will guide u in getting birth certificate for the new born...by submitting this birth certificate along with relevant details in Indian Embassy as your from India, they will give u a passport of India...In Qatar the baby holds Indian passport rather than Qatar passport though the baby is born in Qatar...Once u get passport for the baby, apply for Residence Permit in Qatar...
If everthing is done perfectly, baby can safely travel with parents to India...
The entire process takes approximately 1-2 weeks, if proper planning is done once the baby is born...
1. Your baby will get the NATIVE PASSPORT and not the QATAR PASSPORT..I hope the embassy of your country must be in DOHA..
2. If you are having valid RP and delivered it here, your baby will get the RP too provided that you submit the birth certificates, passport and ID copy of yours and your husband...
3. Once your baby gets the RP, you can proceed to your native place for vacation...
