Need Villa - any advice on Beverly Hills?

We're moving over mid-September and my husband will work near Education City - the new Sidra Hospital project.

We'll be looking for a villa to rent, and I would like a nice villa in a compound (cheaper right?) with a pool.

What I'm looking for is someone that might tell me - yeah, I live @ the ______ compound, but the one that is really awesome for the money is the _______ compound! :)

We have up to 15,000 to spend and it is just us and a baby. I love it nice, clean, and friendly expats would be a plus!

Thanks for your advice....I mention Beverly Hills as I have heard it is close but I have also seen ads for people wanting to trade "down" there...from 3 bedrooms to 2, etc. Not sure why...?

there are some nice villa's near doha college fully furnished 3 bedroom compound villas from about 12,000 QAR

beverly hills have some brilliant villas, out of all of them beverly hills garden 5 is the newest and cleanest but i'm not sure if they do smaller villas :)
