OUT means NO ENTRY ??
By Gladiator1 •
"since two weeks I am watching this "every day CID's will come to near my office building (Jarir Book store - Ramdha Signal) then they park their old white Land Cruiser somewhere near the entry point, where is written "OUT" (just the main door of Jarir Book store) whoever enter this way to Jarir parking lot, this CID's will issue No Entry fine to them.....
there no " NO ENTRY " signs ......
if its written OUT it means its no entry. .
is it NO ENTRY and OUT are same ?
Guys please take this and pass this information to all ur friends
But "OUT" could mean getting out of the mai traffic and into the Jareer parking :O(
other day,police were walking and putting up stickers on all vehicles waiting to find some one vacates the parking slots,it is ridiculous,parking slots are less and number of vehicles waiting to find a slot are getting fined.
Entry where u enter , out where u exit...no entry is when it`s only one way road or something liek that
Colt?
I dont know any Colt45!

..
...heeee...wrong thread, sorry!
it is not a strange act.......... wait and see for more...............
ys Swine ,
exactly near Jarir Entrance........
near Islamic bank ATM (not HSBC)we have 2 roads for Entry & Exit
lol jacku
Arien ...get back to work...meano
Rayyan is in Doha ..lol donno the route?
Arien..where in Rayan?
I understand about the way you are talking about. It's just near the Jarir entrance door. I also wrote the same this in my previous repply just made mistake in Bank name.
Jack Go to Rayan Jarir
2 Places I never find parking spaces are...CC & Jarir
it's automatically NO ENTRY. But the problem is that when someone goes out from Jarir Book Store parking then he can see the sign "OUT" but when someone enter to Jarir parking using the same way then he cannot see any "NO ENTRY" sign. So, traffic dept. should fix a "NO ENTRY" sign there.
Firose, I beleive you are talking about the way just near the Jarirbookstore door not the way near HSBC ATM, right ?
jack, r u a mathematician? :)
"Out" is not = to "In"
In = Entry
Exit = Out
Thus
Out = No Entry
a clear example of how these people interpret the law :) as they say " zis is my cantry".
at the end of the day, we just have to bear and grin
It's not because they don't know it, they don't want to circle the whole block and try to take a short cut. ANyone can see it's One Way.
poor guys ..........
many ppl don’t know abt this ........
like per day minimum 50 ppl is getting this No Entry tickets
OUT means for EXIT NOT Entry....errrr......what is happening today? :-S
i'm lost :P
OUT means EXIT...so obviously a ONE WAY DIRECTION.
Are you serious???
LOL that is ONE WAY and if it is written OUT then being a One Way it automatically becomes NO ENTRY :(
