I have got six month visa for my father and had a re-entry approved on this.

Question is this re-entry (return visa) is valid for one entry or multiple?

If my father wants to go out again will he need a re-entry (return visa) again or once is enough?

It is valid for one re-entry and that also must happen 2-months before his 6-months visit visa expiry.

the visit visa given to your father CANNOT BE BROKEN.

Once you break it, as far as I know, you have to apply again and go thru all those process again. There may be a minimum period of waiting ( 3 months ) before applying again.
