Sensitive medications

Hi everyone!
I am trying to find out if it is true that antidepressants are illegal in Qatar. I saw on expat.blog a comment about it but there was no information about it. If anyone knows anything about antidepressants and mood stabilizers in Qatar or Kuwait I would really appreciate your help. I have heard that maybe they are illegal for Muslims, but not foreign nationals, and I have heard they are purely illegal. I have emailed the American embassy but have not heard back from them yet either.
Thanks!
I can confirm the first answer. The SSRI's like Prozac and Effexor are available over the counter-they are not habit forming. However, the benzodiazopines like Valium you will get only in very small quantities once your doctor has written a motivation to Hamad Hospital- the state hospital.
Prozac is available over the counter in Qatar.
