Is it possible to convert a hotel tourist/visit visa to family visit visa.

I am thinking to bring my wife to qatar on a tourist visa arranged by hotel where i am staying right now.

After my RP is ready then i will apply for her Family visit visa,

I need to ask if is it possible to apply for family visit visa while a person is already staying in country on tourist visa?

And if yes, then will it be possible to convert it?

Even if it was possible, it would be a lot of pain. Just wait for ur RP

I think it should be better for you to wait for your RP and that's the time you can apply her family visit visa. Hope it helps
