can anybody tell me where i can buy good tv tuner card in qatar? i want to convert my videos from handycam

try to find if your camera has DV link (ieee1394 if i got it right)most video cameras and laptop/desktops have this kind of port. what you need then are dv cable and software. good quality output, way better than capturing your video through analog port of tv tuner card.

You need a video CAPTURE card. A semi professional would be from Pinnacle. Good enough to get DVD quality files.

Should be around 1.000 Riyals.

I am sure you are not willing to pay 40.000 Riyals for a professional capture card.
