How to configure Nokia E72 for Email

I bought Nokia E72 a week ago but have used it only as a phone. Can someone guide me on how to configure it to receive emails.

I want to receive my emails from hotmail and Yahoo. Also please tell me if this service is free or QTel would charge me for email configure/usage.

Kindly provide detailed stepwise answers. Cheers :D
