Worst Bank

I think Mashreq Bank is offering worst service dealing with customers. I wanted to buy Mashreq Millionaire 80 certificates. Since I'm unable to go form my office during office time I called their Dubai Office several time and talked to their on-line agents but failed. Every time they said within an hour their agent in Doha will call me but never happeded so. Finally I called AlAhli and bought My Hassad without any hastle

As wk said,NO bank can give u 100% satisfaction..Everyone has faced the wrath and inefficiency of BANKS atleast once in their life..I think they shld stop their customer sevice where they promise big things like to offer quick service and blah blah..

all the while saying. And I was really amazed why they tried to misread my comments before. All the while I said that there is no perfect bank. All have it's own flaws but to label it as worst (and yet continue to deal with it), what for? Adding misery to your life?

All banks are 'haram'. Blow them up. Do something, brothers in Islam.

Flor I know it's hard for you to comprehend it but there are unhappy customers in ALL the banks. For some one is worst, for others it's some other one, based on their personal experiences. Of course there are some satisfied customers too like yourself but NO bank has a 100 % satisfied customer base.

Anybody ever dealt with Bank of Fujairah, for me that was the worst in Middle-East.

Shop, Bank, supermarket etc

I think the service in Qatar is most appalling for my liking, rude and ignorant personnel, they look at you as an aliens, with empty/dead facial expressions, very very unhelpful with zombi like attitude. Another example, MEGAMART near Ramada -well, I stoped shopping for clothes which is big satisfaction for my husband lolz but I need the food for FS.
