RP is cancelled, can he come back to doha by visit visa?

Hi all,

My husband was cancelled because he resigned from his employer due to maltreatment of some superiors.

He is banned for 2 years.

My query is, can I take him back by family visit visa under my sponsorship?or can i apply him a business visa?

I hope someone can help me. I know there are lots of questions like this but I need the latest updated regarding visas.

You can bring him on visit visa or business visa.But to change or to transfer to work visa or to permanent family sponsorship ,you must have the NOC from his previous sponsor.

Family vist visa is possible as you are sponcer(as wife)but not intend for work otherwise will be problem
