how can i get my money back as soon as possible ?

last week , i tried to withdraw money from bank machine . the money was deducted from my account but i didnt receive it from the machine . i called immediately the customer service of that bank and i complained . in the following day i went to my branch and i reported it but until now since one week nothing happen , they didnt even called me to update me . Bad Service in Doha Bank . What shall i do to get my money back ? please advice

Nothing to worry dear. You will get your money back but it will take its time as bank have its own working way & time. Nothing can be done to receive money before time. It takes minimum 15 days to get your money back in your a/c.

JUST WAIT AS IT IS A LENGTHY PROCESS. THEY WILL CHECK THE ATM (MAYBE FROM ANOTHER BANK) AND THEN DEPOSIT IT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
