Good news, out of the blue I received an SMS today saying that my eazyinternet was activated. Might be something to do with my salary being transferred to the bank for the first time, I guess. Now able to login YAY :-)
Same problem with internet explorer and Firefox on different computers so I'm guessing it's a problem with my account.
Can't be bothered to waste time any more time talking to incompetent customer service staff on the phone so will probably just have to manage without internet banking.
When I type in my password to login to eazyinternet, it adds some extra letters to the password (shows up as "*******" after my password) when I click on Login & so I can't login. It says "Sorry, There is some problem in fetching your details. Please try again later."
I once called Customer Services about this, and the girl said I should follow the lost username / password procedures but that did not fix it.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or is it just me?!

Seems so that you have problem with your account. Just checked it now and the login through "http://www.qnb.com.qa/globalsite/" was successful.

As for me i also can`t log in to the QNB easy internet....smth got wrong....i click on a link and nothing happens
if he doesnt know hot navigate to a website, blame the bank.
Colt45...right...I also didn't had any problem with their site...thats why asked him whats the problem.
nothing is wrong with the QNB website, I just finished an online payment and it went thru just fine...
But yeh ignorant dudes like you need something much simpler, change your bank :-P
