i actually got over QL, a while back, for two weeks that is... during my vacation... when the vacation was over, i had a QL relapse i guess... :P

Actually, it'll be hard. Like in my case, I work from 8am till 6PM and give my self a 30 minutes lunch break away from my desk. :)
