Exit permit and plane ticket process? pls. help

Last april 25, should be my end of 2yrs. contract and I always remind my manager about it 4 weeks in advance which should I didnt done. But after the day that I already sent back to my country and the day pass my contract and I still here. And I ask he has alibi's about going to baladia and all of that disregarding my right to have an exit permit and a plane ticket back home and now he come to office like nothing should be done...What is may rigth I felt he abuse the labor law here pls. help

He has 2yrs to work on that and he doing nothing.
