validity of stay before converting to RP
Friends,anybody knows about family visa validity. I need your clarification and confirmation. My wife has arrived Doha for almost 3 weeks now and her entry visa type is RESIDENCY VISIT VISA which I am her sponsor. Now my question is, until how many months that her visa should be converted to RP. Please share to me what you have experience and knows about this subject.

As you are informing that medical and fingure printing is finished, then force your PRO to go Immigration office, at Immigration office the RP permit and ID card everything will be issued.
3 month & after u have to pay penalty of 10QR per day of delay
Yes, my company has managed to renew my family visit visa after every 3 months but this is quite old story says over 5 years. I have no clue what is the current scenario at MOFA and MOI
many tanks my friend, actually we have done it already. Her medical and finger print was done and completed just within 10days from the date she arrives Doha. I think its just our PRO men who gets lazy to work on her RP. I am just worried that this lazy Donky might forget or have wrong info and then at the end I will be in trouble of the penalty. I am right? Because there are a lot of donkeys behaviour like this in KSA.
Maximum period of stay before medical check up & fingerprint is three months afterwhich you have to pay a fine of 10 riyals per day for overstaying. You better hurry up and take your wife to the Medical Commission for check up with residence visa copy (write telephone number on the copy both mobile & landline). You will be charged Qrs. 100/ electronic payment for this.
my Friend thanks to your reply. but what Iam saying is that, for a visit visa there is a limit of stay in Doha that during this limited period she should have an RP. Otherwise there might be a penalty. My problem is I dont know how long is the residence visit visa allowed to stay while RP is under process.
It is all depend upon the nationality YOU Carry and the MOI processing!
I spent exactly ONE year to get my fanily visit visa to get converted to the RP
