CCNP Certification

Hi,
I heard that the CCNP certifiction is going to be change on July 2010.I got Switching(642-901 BSCI) and Routing (642-812 BCMSN).I would like to know that,if i could not write rest of 2 papers before July 31st,then how it will effect my carrier...?

Nice Answer But Still when submitting CV in companies Certification is one way to get notice..

Your career is not decided by your certification. Many are certified but when given the real life scenario, they don't have any idea of what they are doing. I have seen and met CCNPs who are good only in theories but failed to do the actual implementation. If you are really capable of implementing Cisco Technologies hands on, then you won't have any problem certifying even if the curriculum changed. If you are the CCNP by book type, then you have a bigger problem. I was a CCNA, but i'd say i have more experience than the CCNPs that i've worked with...Certification doesn't decide for your career. You do.
