According to what I have heard, Arabic is still the language in Qatar. Do you know how to say Hello or Good morning or Please or any common phrases in Arabic? Kindly do teach :) THANKS!!!

and no need for you to speak arabic here anyway..you will use your language more often than arabic in any case.. We all have to learn hindi here, not arabic..

you learn an expression and you will see that every area has a very different dialect

for example how they say I want

ana Oridu - classic way

Aiza - egyptians

biddi -palestinians

and my Arabic is poor I am sure that there are a lots of other expressions ...

Virtually - it seems to me at times that there is no such thing that Arabic - and you can not say - ok I just want to learn one kind of arabic because you will meet every kind of people here from the Arab world ...

Buy a copy of "Marhaba" from any book shop when you arrive in Doha...it has everything you would like to know including important sentences/words in Arabic.
