I thought to share with you what I received
Best Way and the most Natural Way to Slim down is
A) Drink lots of hot Water
B) Eat all Solid food before 07pm. After 07 only liquid food
C) Never keep your stomach empty
D) If you are having Lunch and Dinner only eat 80% of your appetite
Last but not the least
E) Cut down on your sugar intake
Even the heaviest of the person will slim down in a Month
Yes, its true that you often have anal leakage using xenecal since your body does not absorb the fatty foods that you eat.The best thing is that you get to be concious and dicipline yourself about fat intake coz you dont want to end up with a smear at the back of your pants...Xenecal works for me.
Reading comments on this thread.. I got an idea to setup a group to help us lose weight...
We know how important it is to lose weight (only if you are over-weight!) and we also have a great desire to be fit. However, most of the weight loss programmes we make fail, not because we don’t want to do it. But for the reason that we are not determined enough.
This group is setup with the objective to motivate members to lose weight and become fit. This group will be used
a) as a platform to discuss and share ideas on how to achieve our weight loss goals as well as how to maintain the ideal weight.
b) to plan jog-walk programmes where members can meet up and walk or jog in a group. This will help in many ways such as it will make people more committed, motivated and determined and thus regular.
c) to monitor the progress of each member so that we become somewhat ‘answerable’.

Hotclub:- Yes you are right Luke warm water is the name for it not hot water.
MathBoy:- loose the natural way, you don’t have to gain again, but follow the rules and absolutely less sugar (rapid fattening agent)
Lobot:- You don’t need to Diet or exercise boss, Always laughing and cheerful people don’t need it. Just take xenecal capsules, and don’t trust Olive, Pain in the ass is not clinical proved

xenical(orlistat) is good though ..one should try to lose weight without medix..its better to expose yourself to less side effects..
Im using xenecal capsules and it works for me. I lost 20 pounds in 30 days basically with 45 minutes cardio exercises daily, calorie concious diet and xenecal capsules.

mathboy, this is precisely what happened in my case.
There is a practical problem with it. I lost weight twice with a lot of efforts, mainly exercise. But regained. When you do not continue with this hard exercise routine, you put on weight again.
drink 1 liter boiling water it reduces your appetite...
i know a doctor has been asked before about drinking hot water.
it is not good at all.
it will damage the stomach and stretch it,at the same time it will not affect too much on burning the fats.

Believe me , these are the best ways to get your fat run away ... BUT KEEP ON IT , not occasionally ..
Drink luke warm water with 2 spoon honey add lemon upto your taste in the morning.
Raw leafy green vegetables & Fruits
Don't have drink during any meal
Drink normal water at least b4 half an hour of any meal.
Daily Normal Walk upto 30 minutes
No Junk food
tried many ways, but the goal of slim and fit body is nowhere near the sight. Lost hope.

Walk for atleast 50 mins , 1 hour after the dinner ..
