Advertisement for Apartment/ Villas rentals
Now a days lot of advertisements are coming with attraction of free months of stay. For the tentant the effective cost per month will be lower as tenant is allowed to stay at a longer duration. For example advertisement says "pay for 12 months QAR 6000/month and stay for 15 months", so the cost to the tenant is QAR 4800/month. Main reason for putting these kinds of rates is not to lower the market for the apartment because it would be harder to raise the price of the apartment rent from QAR 4800 to QAR 6000. After 15 months they can still claim by showing the agreement that it was executed on QAR 6000/Month.

1. How to avoid these advertisments,
2. What should we include in the rent agreement to safegaurd that landlord will not claim the agreement rate after the expiry of the stay period.
