When you book into a hotel they ask your spouses name...I remember someone on QL had filled the form with "Roger Federer" as spouse....lol

All you need to do is, book an accommodation and have flight return ticket and pay 100 riyals at the airport for entry visa as tourist

as you are from EU member there is no problem

I'm British with UK passport lives in London, me and my ex-girlfriend from Czech republic visit Qatar and was no problem for getting Visa at the airport for her

just show hotel booking and have your return ticket with you

for how long are you planing to stay in Qatar?

No problem if you put single..

It depends on the person who will approved your application.

Anyway, good luck to your application.
