New Born Visa Query
By choclatect •
Hi,
My wife delivered Baby On 15th Feb 2010 @ Hamad. I got Birth Certificate from Hamad and I'm in process to get Passport for Her. Now my Question is I'm planning to resign my Job to go back to native. So I need to get Visa for my baby or within 90 days we can go with out getting baby visa.
Advance thanks for you help.
Hi,
My son was born in Qatar. We had to get his RP on his passport before we left the country. They need to stamp the exit permit or she will not be allowed to leave the country.
If your child was born in India then you have 90 dsys to bring her into Qatar without a visa just on her mothers passport
Congratulation.
Since you are exiting for good. No need for visa for the baby (within 90 days) just make sure that the birth certificate and passport are with you. The baby should be accompanied by the parents.
CONGRAGULATION. I THINK WITH IN 60 DAYS YOU HAVE TO DO THE VISA , OTHERWISE EVERYDAY YOU HAVE TO PAY QR.10.00 DAILY FINE.
Yes, aiskaleem is correct. The difficult part is getting Birth Certificate and Passport. Once, you have passport in hand, the process to get the visa is very simple.
You will require the following.
1) Immigration form filled,
2) Child's original passport,
2) Copy of your ID,
3) Copy of mothers passport
4) Copy of birth certificate and
5) QAR 200 for one year.
Once you visit the immigration, you will get the visa stamped on the passport immediately.
HI DUDE,
FIRST OF ALL HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE BABY GIRL. MAY GOD KEEP HER IN PEACE.
I THINK YOU HAVE TO GET THE VISA AS IT IS MANDATORY AND SHE HAS TO GET THE EXIT STAMP ON AIRPORT WHILE EXITING QATAR. AND THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT VISA.
THE PROCESS IS NOT DIFFICULT AND YOU JUST NEED TO SUBMIT THE MOTHER PASSPORT AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE ALONGWITH THE BABY PASSPORT AND IMMIGRATION PEOPLE WILL GRANT THE VISA.
HOPE THAT WILL HELP.
THANKS
for baby visa, 90 days rule is when r u entering doha..( u can enter doha without visa for baby if baby is less than 90 days) and if you are already in doha then as i know 90 days rule is not applicable.
Hi dude,
congratulations to you for the baby girl. May god bless her.
now for the question, its quite confusing. i think you are speaking about exit. coz that is the one that makes good sense in your case.
i dont think your baby would need an exit visa. your wife and you would.
