battery problem with sony ericsson W960i?

I charge my phone nearly all day but whenever I make a phone
Call,it lasts max 10mins after which the battery dies eventhu
Its fully charged. Does battery need to be replaced or what? I
Need ur feedback soon plz.

Just have a short visit to sonny Ericson showroom or work shop to programme it I believe software required its easy,
