Unfortunately if you reset your router, the password together with the current setup will be lost also, It will go back to the default settings. You may need to prepare your Qtel username and password before resetting it. Anyway, just hold and press the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds, the lights will start blinking, wait for it to be stable, then unplug/replug the power supply. Good luck!

u can't reset P/W only, u have to reset the whole unit meaning all setup will be gone.
to reset, there is a small hole in the back, insert a fine pin, press and hold for 30 seconds, then it's reset
