replacement of HSBC in-site internet card

I have received this letter from HSBC last week of January regarding the replacement of this in-site internet card with a new gold visa card. It was stated there that this card will no longer be of use effective January 31, 2010 and with such effect,the card will be replace by a new visa gold card. January ended and we are now in mid-February but yet I did not receive any replacement card as promised. I called up my branch and they told me that once it is available, it will be mailed directly to my office, or can be collected from the branch. Does anyone of you here has this in-site internet card and were you able to receive already the replacement card for it? Just asking...

if you buy tickets using that in-site card, it will no longer be honored. yup your right better visit your HSBC branch...
I have this in-site card as well but I have not yet been informed about this replacement. May be I should visit bank tomorrow. I need to buy tickets soon using it.
