I haven't completed 1 year after transfering to new sponser. My current company don't have jobs now. I got a hire reauest from a new company. My present company will Issue a no objection letter to new company. How can my new company legalize the local hire procedure for 6 months. Please Tell me the further procedures.

it is deputation(in arabic "eara"). there is special form for it both employer will sighn it and submit it through 'mandoob'. if they approve you can work legally 6 months then you can transfer sponsorship. good luck.
