There are many quad-band cell phones in chinese phones now, you can use this kind mobile in most country in the world. The price of the quad-band cell phone is about $100 to $200

You can get a better price if you purchase the phone in the cell phone wholesale site.

out here the prices for chinese moblies are outrasious .. in india u could get them for half the price sold here
