If you are a local Hired and they will transfer sponsorship from previous sponsor to the current sponsor, they will reject NOC request? Or they have no right to reject?
I have been reading many posts related to the issue of NOC for locally hired employees. Most of the people are with the impression that if we are locally hired we have the right to get NOC from our Sponsors or the Sponsors are obliged to give us the NOC or Release letter. It is totally wrong. There is no such law in Qatar at this moment that makes issuing NOC or Release obligatory for the Sponsor who are employing locally hired staff. If we are locally hired we can request the Employer to consider our case to issue the NOC but it is up to the will of the Sponsor/Employer to issue or not to issue it. It is the same for locally hired or directly recruited from our country.
