never mind the body scratch as long as the car is new because it is exempted from technical inspection for 3 yrs. if your car is more than 3 yrs then thats the time you will go to technical inspection.

The correct term is car road permit renewal. You can renew it easily.

For new car if there is damage they will not come and check it just renew your insurance and take a copy of insurance and old registration within two minutes, new Istimara is in your hand, do not listen to people who give wrong information without knowing anything. for new car up to 3 years no Technical inspection.

As Victory said in the first posting:

"For new cars; the first three years no Inspection required....goto City Centre Traffic Department Booth/Kiosk with renewed Insurance and get register your car for another year.

If your car is older than 3 years you have to go for inspection at QTI. Once approved the inspection go for Insurance Renewal. Then go to Traffic Dept to renew tha car registration or Isthimara.

(PS: Usually this inspection is more on the performance of the vehicle but you never know)

Regards...best of luck!!!
