Is there a posibility to transfer a business or tourist visa to kadama visa?

hi to everyone in Qatar living..im planning to bring my cousin here as soon Ive got the job to take care of my baby girl,is there a posibility to bring her in a business or tourist visa and transfer in to kadama visa.Im aware also that I should find a sponsor for her.thank you.please help...

No way. If you want to bring your cousin for house maid job, you must have a house maid visa.
