my wife residence visa expired on 13.01.2010 so if i go to mininstry of labour office can i get the visa back. Is it easy.she was with me for 2years.also she is pregnant she went for delivery.thanks.

Why you are posting the same question of yesterday (see the below link) in a different form? There were a couple of decent replies for you. Are you expecting a different answer if you are asking it in a different way?

its not really a prob. you will have to reapply and pay some amount for the reissuing of the visa since it expired only y'day!
Why did you wait to expire the visa??!!
I think you have to enquire at labour dept itself, most probably you have to apply again, like applying for new family visa, but the procedure will be simple and will issue visa again within one week.
