i already contacted every possible airline that flies to doha, unfortunately they dont arrange visit visa from dubai to qatar...last chance it to get a travel agency contact infos there in doha..thanks a lot for the help..
CALCULATOR, not only rich countries can get "visa upon arrival". It depends on your work profession. I can get visa upon arrival as long as my RP in valid 6 months prior to expiration date.
To be sure, go to Qatar Embassy in your originated country & ask what are the procedures to do.

i think visa is just around QR100-QR150. My friend before went here in doha thru travel agency. He spent QR2000 visa and ticket(abu dhabi-doha-abu dhabi).
YES u need blood relation in getting visit visa. if u dont have any blood relation to the person u want to get, u arrange his/her visa thru hotel or travel agencies here. They will sponsor the person u want to get here.

u can contact with air arabia or fly dubai at dubai office they could provide u visa to qatar at a cheat rate.good luck
