"Waist fat" is bad for you

A round belly could be a sign of higher status (wealth) in some communities and I had thought a bit of a belly was good for you ;)

Turns out that scientific research says that a thick waist is a sign of a build-up of a dangerous type of fat around the internal organs and is strongly linked with type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

yes Living_in_Qatar,you have to work out not only to build them,but also maintaining them as well,i indulge in active sports everyday,and work out regularly at the gym.
