I have a friend who work in one small workshop since 1996, and now would like to leave for good after a month notice of resignation, and requesting his service benefit as per Qatar Labour Low article 49, 53,54,57 and 67.
The company refuse to accept His notification for resignation, and they told Him he got all the benefit every 2 years when he took his annual leave.(which is not informed before, since he used to sign in Arabic written paper).
We would like get any legal advice what to do before and after going to the labour court.
