Contact this agency FAHAD Services, idk their contact nbr. but they cheaper in comparison to Hotels.
yes, she can avail a tourist vis through a hotel and you can approch a good travel agent who will do this for you . Ofcourse they will charge you some service charge and the hotel will charge you one night accomodation charge if you use it or not.
