how to delete old postings or comments

HI all, pls anyone can help me , i need to remove some of my old postings and comments need instructions on how to do it.

QL user can only delete CLASSIFIED ADS at will but comments / posts can only be EDIT.

press CONTACT button ( on top. right side) write to moderator, give subject of post/comments and they will delete....
