16 minutes on Hold for Qtel Call Center and .

logicsays
By logicsays

yet no reply .. how much does Qtel expect us to wait .. are they teaching us patience .. or are they asking us to convert to Vodafone ..

yesterday I tried to call Qtel and was placed on hold for over 16 minutes and I can prove it .. and until I hang up no one answered me and I lost patience ..

Hope someone from Qtel reads this .. but I doubt they read .. lets wait and see if Vodafone is going to do a better job ..

In real compitition nothing like this can happen ..

I hope they upgrade their organizational behavior. I guess their lack of interest to pay any heed roots from the fact, that Vodafone is still not up to the game.

As soon as vodafone starts to offer landline and internet services, we can expect better services from QTel. Till then, we've to live with the 16-infinity time hold

16 minutes only, you are lucky.!!! you should go directly to one of their offices.

and yes when you ask them , they will tell you :"Q-tel has started many services at one time & many clients face problems & they call 111 & all the lines are really busy solving their problems" . i wonder which services are they talking about? i heard that Q tel call center employees were on strike ?

Well it would be really good if when you press '2' for English... if the operator could actually speak English.

The must pay really low salaries at the call centre.

Ditto Qatar Airways

at least at Qtel even if their English is too crappy they speak Arabic

Beloved Qatar Airways... no Arabic - little English

I do not know why the hail they are running that call center with that much staff. They want their business process automation with less cost and they are doing it at the cost of the customer satisfaction. I have already switched to Vodafone. Let's see if they are any better. Till now my experience with vodafone call center is much better than Qtel. Especially I like their call center software which allows you to directly talk with customer service representative instead of waiting and listening to those automated messages.

It's very less time. It wil be 16 minutes....16 hours...16 days.....16 weeks....16 months...16 years....16 generation....all dead.......but NO ANSWER & PAY YOUR BILL. "This is QTEL"

Agree with Logic & others QLers' .. When I asked one of the representative of Q-tel Customer Care in City center, he said that: " Q-tel has started many services at one time & many clients face problems & they call 111 & all the lines are really busy solving their problems"

Moral:

Qatar Population in 2000: 0.6 Million approx.

Qtel Customer service staff: 10

*********************************************

Qatar Population in 2009: 1.6 Million approx.

Qtel Customer service staff: 20

You are talking about 16 minutes only. You are lucky. I also have some internet problem and I called them. They answered the call after 1 hour and then once i explained him the problem he said wait our technician will talk to you. Just hold on and then i was on hold for another 1.5 hours till my line was dropped. If they do record who is calling I can give my number and they can check it up.

I think not only me others are also having this strange internet problem. My adsl router stops working suddenly and then starts working again. Or if I restart the device it starts working again. I hope if anyone from Qtel is reading can help fix the issue.

The reason I commented here is to get my issue sorted if possible.

Peace.

My Internet is constantly going down at least once a week and the call waiting time is unreal!!!

I have spent so much time on the phone waiting, I am sure they must have more than 1 person to answer the phone!?!?!

Come on guys, get the problems sorted or answer the phone within a resonable time!!!!
