my mother in law is a british citizen she entered the country last 15 of Dec 2009(visa upon arrival). her visa say she can enter oman. my quiry is how long is her visa valid? she is staying until 12 of January. do we need to extend it? as there no date in her passport how many days she is allowed to stay. please advice thanks

It's ok man as british passport intitles the bearer to enter all GCC countries granted visa on arrival except Saudi which requires a pre-planed visa.

Hi in your case you dont wanna renew, ur visa is valid until 14 jan

As ur Brsh u will get visa on arrival in all countries EXCEPT INDIA AND SAUDI ARABIA<

visa on arrival is valid for 1 month and extendable for another 1 month. Since your Mom entered Qatar on Dec 15th and planning to leave on Jan 12th, no need to extend the visa. and yes she can visit Oman using the same visa. She also can visit Dubai and Abu Dhabi by getting visa on arrivall there too..
