Medical treatment requirements

Hi all...Need your help if you can advice me if i can take my son to a clinic or Hamad Pediatric clinic even he only have a family visit visa only. He just arrived few days back but he is having cough & colds and sometimes fever. It could be he is still trying to adjust the weather or climate here...please advise if you can recommend me to a pediatrician.
