Is it possible to change a maid sponsorship visa to a bussines or company visa?

i had a friend she is currently employ as a private nurse.. she doesn't like the job she has now because of low salary, no day off, 24hrs work, the treatment and she also do household works.. during her first week she complained to her agency and demand them to change her family unfortunately the agency didn't take action and in fact ask her to pay them PHP200,000 so she can change her employer. Is there any possibilities that she can work outside as a free lancer to obtain/look for a more suitable job for her? what are the procedure? and what if the sponsor don't release her after she ask for NOC is there anything else she can do?
what you mean buy she want to buy freelance visa, there is no such visa you must be under somone's sponsorship and Made visa can be changed to company only after 5 years. If she not satisfied with present job, resign and go back to your country and bring her in another business visa. but if she have RP still she need No objection from last sponsor. Your embassy can help.
No. way.. personal visas can't change to Company visa..
Your friend can change the visa to another person if it is a personal visa but personal visas cannot be changed to a company visa.
Report the agency in POEA,Send the Contract in her family

Sorry if she issued by maid visa,no posibility to transfer a company visa.But if she want to buy freelance
visa she need first to take NOC to privious employer.Regards
