Qatar returning

Question

I have been living in Qatar for 1.5 years, my sponsor Sheikh Blah blah blah, cheap and crappy real estate, has a policy that he does not release people if he hires them from abroad, actually it is the policy of his idiot right hand wing-man Mr. Fake Engineer and incompetent mafia-family that only care about their own pockets and have no concern for the poor employees that work their ass off without ever being compensated accordingly (not talking about me).

Now,

1) is there any news on sponsorship laws? Are the being made more flexible?

2) Is it possible to enter as a tourist?

Kaftan, the higher you go... the less they care about humans. Sheikh told me 'go see him' (his wing-man), his wing-man did not have the balls to say no, but referred to a vague policy.

Now, I am fine. No problems. However, it angers me that multiple hard working colleagues, Indians, that make 4000 QR found jobs of 20.000 QR and they simply refused to even consider letting them go. Inhumane bastards, praying 5 times per day yet being thieves and crooks with no compassion for humans...

I can see why they feel the need to pray so much. GUILT and fear of knowing they will be punished.
