My husband and I are shipping furniture to Ireland/UK around the end of December/beginning of January and we will be using a 20ft container. We will not need all of this container so I wanted to see if anyone else is shipping around the same time so we could share the container and the costs?
Also does anyone know of a reputable shipping company that is not too expensive? The quotes we are getting are extortionate!

Crown Relocations are meant to be very reasonable. Try them.

UASC, Maersk & CMA CGM are some reputable companies. But they do not offer complete service. May be you might have to try a forwarder like GAC/Qatar Navigation etc.
