In Doha bank you must have an account then only they can give u loan but it depends on your company. if you have an account for salary transfer. Doha bank have different criteria for different companies. and second thing for how long you have this account in doha bank. maximum i think they offer 30 times of your salary if they have changed the criteria recently i dont know. but as per their own criteria, i was offered only 10 times of my salary.

I dont know if other banks have the same criteria or not.

Which bank also depends on how much you want to borrow. Not the best time to go to the banks currently.
