You should have known the difference before plugging it in...
p.s. It's 50" and not 50' (50' is 600" or 15.24 meters)

There should be a built-in high voltage protection device; get it checked with the repair shop.
Open up the back - there should be a fuse on the power supply board
but check at a Samsung outlet. There's one just behind Ramada.
