qtel service is hopeless now........

Recently i changed my residence from 1 place to another inside doha city. So i applied to shift my telephone on 03-10-2009 stating my new electricity number. after 5 days 1 guy called me and asked abt d location. den after 5 days another guy called and told me he is going to giv conection upto junction box outside of my house and he did, (100 mtrs away on the lefthand side). Then i got a messege from qtel i hav an appointment on 19th. on 19th 1 guy came and after checking he told me conection to my house should be from the right side junction box ( its more than 400 mtrs away). after that no news from qtel or anybody...i called 115 2 times, they r saying its a technical problm, i went to customer service centre in souq najda, but they also dont hav an answer. can any1 tell me wht i have to do??.. i want tel and internet conection asap.
This is so because there is no compitetor for Q-Tel.
thats why qtel was alone in market since a very long time... now qtel have competetors... its so called "earning" graph is goin down n down n down...
This is reality and truth. its always better to apply for new connection rather than shifting the existing one, unless you are very particular about your phone no. also shifting is more expensive than new connection, strange but true with Qtel!!!
and the complaints go on.
