I have a business trip in November (2days) to Dubai. Will not have enough time to renew my passoport before then, which exprires mid Feb. Will i be allowed to exit and re-enter? and also enter Dubai? the reason why i'm askin is cause someone told me that my passoport has to be valid for a min of 6 months, someone else told me 2 months. Would appreciated feedback. Thanks

I have my own doubts about the answers given here. Normaly among the GCC countries if you are a valid resident of the country then even if passport validity is three or two months they allow. I am new to qatar but last may i visited dubai when i was in oman and my passport expiry was on august. I think if you are a resident card holder then this condition of 6 months can be waived. yes for any other coutries 6 months validy is a must.

since i dont know ur nationality, i being an indian had reiussed my passport in one day from my embassy through the express channel but the cost is three times of that of the ordinary one. I am sure all emabsies might have this facility as well.

i recently had my relatives visited to me from London (british passport holder), i was shocked to see one of them's passport expiring in 2 months. When i asked, he informed me that it was a mistake & by no way it could have been allowed.

The passport Should be valid for 6 months before travelling.
