Is 20,000 AED per Month enough for 2 adult + 1 kid in Qatar?. I have a offer in hand for that amt. Given the current rentals for 2 bedrooms house in qatar. Can anyone pls help me to know.

You need to make sure you have school fees, medical fees, transport, 1 family return air fare to home country per year and accomodation all included in your offer.

Is 20,000 AED per Month enough for 2 adult + 1 kid in Qatar?.

In Qatar its not AED its QAR

This amount should be enuff for a family with 1 kid, and why do you want to buy 2BHK ? you can buy 1 BHK for around 3.5k to 4k and that should be enuff.
