Turbosim to unlock iphone 3G with OS 3.1

Hi to All,
My iphone got locked accidentally during the upgrade from 3g 3.0.1 to 3.1 and now no software for jailbreak or unlock is working. So now i want to try hardware change.
Can someone suggest if i can use turbosim to unlock and use iphone for calls and SMS. if yes please do let me know where i can buy the turbosim and how much is it costing.

sorry to give you the bad news... 3.1 is still unlockable...nothing to unlock it. either u go back to 3.0 or wait till they give a new solution for unlock, i can get it for u as soon as i get it from usa..

You can't unlock OS 3.1 at all for the iPhone 3G, not with software or even turbosim, you will have to wait for the new software to come out, which may never happen.
