And if she's seeking redemption,then let her know that sins concealed from society is best if it's always concealed, unless it leads to wrongful punishment or affects anyone else in the society. Allah is the forgiver, and He doesn't recommend social confessions.
i've known two similar cases where the girl gets pregenant (not mother) before marriage...however, in both cases the court ordered the guy & gal to get married,, they agreed,,therefore, there was no punishment. But incase, one rejects the courts order, he/she will be liable to bigger trouble.

The best way to get official answers is asking the right Organization and that would be the ruling of the Qatar Shariah Court.
If she has converted in Qatar then she needs to speak to the Qatar Dawaa Centre for advice and knowledge regarding this issue.
