Where can I learn French and / or Arabic?

As my wife is French, I would like to know some French in the process. It is always very hard to learn languages from each other, as we tend to speak our mutual English in the end. Where is a reputable establishment where I can learn some French and possibly Arabic (since I'm here in Qatar!)?

arabic you can learn from "FANAR"they are conducting some short courses ..i think they will start one batch after eid holidays too..
