Hello,Qler's!A friend of mine was employed a month a go, but unfortunately after a month he was hospitalized.My question is,Is he entitled for a sick leave under Qatar labour law?
Hello,Qler's!A friend of mine was employed a month a go, but unfortunately after a month he was hospitalized.My question is,Is he entitled for a sick leave under Qatar labour law?
No..in Qatar Labor Law...He can only avail to any benefits after his three (3) months probation or depend on what was stated in his contract. Within his probation period, he is not entitled to any benefits like sick leave, but the paid sick leave was counted from the day he starts his duty.
if I m not mistaken paid sick leave only after probation
